Project Management

The Project Management team at Selwyn District Council is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of projects within the district. This includes routine infrastructure projects (horizontal projects) as well as significant, high-impact initiatives (major projects), ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
