Mareike Odenthal

Mareike Odenthal has over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Mareike started their career in 1995 as a Junior Tax Specialist at Finanzamt Heilbronn. In 1999, they became an Assistent to the Board of Management at Steinbeis-Hochschule School of Management and Innovation. In 2002, they were an Assistent of the Financial Director at SICPA. From 2005 to 2009, they held the roles of Site Manager and Head of Finance and Controlling at Siegwerk Backnang GmbH. In 2009, they became a SAP-Key-User FI/CO at Siegwerk Druckfarben AG & Co.KGaA. Mareike then moved to Siegwerk Asia Pacific Pte. in 2011 as Director of Finance. In 2014, they returned to Siegwerk Druckfarben AG & Co.KGaA as Group Account Manager Consolidation, where they managed the IC Shared Service Center. In 2019, they became Team Lead Subsidary Controlling at R. STAHL Group. In 2020, they were Head of Finance & Controlling at Element Logic. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed CFO at thingsTHINKING GmbH.

Mareike Odenthal began their education in 1995 at Fachhochschule für Finanzen Ludwigsburg, where they earned a Dipl. - Finanzwirtin (FH) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in 1998. Mareike then pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA at Universität für Weiterbildung Krems, which they completed in 2001. In 2018, they obtained a Certified Systemic Coach from IFAP - Institut für Angewandte Psychologie, Köln.
