Alexander Schotz has been working in the field of product and project management since 2008. Alexander started their career with internships at Bechtel and UPS, where they held the roles of Six Sigma Internship and Industrial Engineering Internship, respectively. In 2009, they joined Lockheed Martin Corp. as an Operations Engineer. In 2011, they moved to PHH Arval as a Six Sigma Operational Excellence Analyst. In 2012, they were a Consultant (Business Analyst) at Vision Technology Services. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Centeva, where they held the roles of Product Manager and Project Manager. Since 2018, they have been working as a Sr. Product Manager/Scrum Master at SemanticBits.

Alexander Schotz obtained a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland between 2005 and 2009. In 2009, they obtained a Business Operations Certification from Drexel University in Communication, Finance, Operations, and Quality. In 2011, they completed Six Sigma Black Belt Training at MooreSteam University. Additionally, they have obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2013, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, an Earned Value Management certification from Lockheed Martin, and two Six Sigma Green Belt certifications from Lockheed Martin and the University of Maryland.
