Steven Szeliga, MSc, PMP, CPHQ

Steven Szeliga, MSc, PMP, CPHQ, currently serves as Chief Product Owner at ICF since July 2022, previously holding the same title at SemanticBits from June 2017 to July 2023. With extensive experience in analyzing policy impacts on healthcare initiatives, Steven has led various product and legislative analyses, including legislative policy evaluation and data trend analysis. Prior roles include Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at Signature Consulting Group, where Steven contributed to the Quality Payment Program (QPP) by developing requirements and evaluating implementation criteria. Other experiences include project analysis for CSC, IT recruitment analysis at Aerotek, and research analysis in the Office of Senator Andy Harris. Steven holds a Master’s Degree in Data Science from Lewis University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Flagler College.
