Joana Reto

Joana Reto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and development across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Group Planning and Strategic Development at Semapa since January 2023, Joana previously held the position of Head of Strategy Planning and Control at Secil from March 2020 to December 2022, and was the Strategic Planning and Control Manager at REN from January 2017 to February 2020. Additional roles include Financial Business Planning at Vodafone and Consultant positions at The Boston Consulting Group and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Joana began their career with a Research Assistant role and an Assistant Professorship at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Joana's solid educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in Business Administration - Finance from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and a BA in Business Administration, with additional studies from Carnegie Mellon University and Copenhagen Business School.
