Ivana Mihajlovic has two years of professional work experience. In 2018, they joined Semaphore as the Head of Customer Support. In this role, they were responsible for taking care of customers' user profiles, signup and login flows, user management and billing. Additionally, they worked on various side projects in order to improve customer satisfaction, such as maintaining and improving documentation, leading survey projects, and helping on Customer Success campaigns.
