Arthur Roke

Arthur has responsibility for the Company's financial and administrative operations. He has substantial executive experience with growth-oriented technology companies in healthcare, medical device and software and services.

Prior to joining Semarchy, Arthur was the CFO of TearFilm which was acquired by Alcon/Novartis, was the CFO and member of the founding management team of MD Revolution, and previous to that was the CFO of EMD Biosciences division of Merck KGaA. Arthur is a Certified Public Accountant and began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co in Washington DC.
