Susanne Brandt has extensive experience in customer care and technical support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at Sematell GmbH since August 2013, where prior roles included Deputy Director of Customer Care and Support Engineer. Before joining Sematell GmbH, Susanne Brandt worked at ASC Technologies AG from April 2011 to July 2013 as a Test Engineer, and at imc AG from April 2005 to March 2011 in various capacities including Software Tester, Documentation, and Support.
