Ashima Bhargava

Ashima Bhargava is currently serving as an Assistant Manager (Legal) in Land Procurement at Sembcorp Industries Ltd since November 2023, contributing to the Renewables Business by managing title due diligence for project land parcels, overseeing Mergers & Acquisitions, and handling litigation related to land disputes. Prior to this, Ashima worked as an Executive (Legal) at ReNew, focusing on title due diligence, drafting various legal documents related to solar and wind projects, and managing project finance and security creation. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Burgeon Law, advising startups on funding and legal compliance, and working as a Trainee at Dhaval Vussonji & Associates in the Real Estate and Banking & Finance sectors. Ashima holds a BA LLB (Hons.) in Corporate Law and Financial Regulations from Amity University Lucknow Campus and completed the Foundation Programme at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
