Emily Pham

Emily Pham is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and financial management. Currently serving as a Board Member at VSIP Vietnam and Chief Financial and Investment Officer for Integrated Urban Solutions at Sembcorp Industries Ltd, Emily has previously held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at XCL Education from July 2021 to January 2023. Emily's career at J.P. Morgan spanned over 13 years, where roles included Executive Director of Investment Banking for East Asia, Head of Investment Banking for Vietnam, and Vice President in Southeast Asia. Emily began a career in finance with a summer internship at Merrill Lynch Inc in 2006. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from UCL, earned between 2004 and 2007.
