Martin Cen Xin

Martin Cen Xin has a diverse work experience in human resources and consulting roles. Martin currently holds the position of VP, Group Human Resources (Total Rewards) at Sembcorp Industries Ltd since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as VP, Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits) from January 2019 to December 2020.
