Tow Heng Tan

Mr Tow Heng Tan is chief executive officer at Pavilion Capital International, a private equity firm with a North Asia focus.

Mr Tow previously held senior leadership positions serving as the chief investment officer of Temasek International, senior director of DBS Vickers and managing director of Lum Chang Securities. He was also an investment banker with Schroders Singapore.

He is a member of the Temasek Trust Investment Committee, and sits on the boards of ABC World Asia, Fullerton Financial Holdings and the National Healthcare Group.

Mr Tow qualified as a chartered accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) in Singapore. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK.
