Kevin Letch has a strong background in real estate development and construction management. From 2006 to 2009, Kevin worked as a development manager at The Sembler Company. Kevin later served as VP Housing and Development at Volunteers of America of Florida from June 2010 to May 2014. Subsequently, Kevin was a Project Manager at BDG Architects from May 2014 to February 2016, before becoming President of L3 Consulting, LLC from March 2015 to August 2018. Currently, Kevin holds the position of Sr. Development Manager at The Sembler Company since 2018.
