Daniel Zima

Daniel Zima has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the HR Manager at Semblex Corporation since December 2013, where responsibilities include managing the Manufacturing Apprentice Program. Prior roles at Semblex include HR Compliance Specialist, overseeing safety and environmental programs, as well as Quality System Specialist, where Daniel managed documentation and system-related issues. Earlier experience includes an Operations Analyst position, focused on ERP system downtime reporting, and a Quality Assurance Intern role. Prior to Semblex, Daniel worked as a Sales Associate at Menards and as an HVAC Contractor at RZ Heating and Cooling. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elmhurst College and an Associate of Arts from the College of DuPage.
