Viacheslav Prystavskyi has worked in customer support roles for two companies, Sembly AI and Meest. Viacheslav started working for Sembly AI in 2022 as a Customer Support Agent. In 2020, they began working for Meest as a Customer Support Specialist, where their role included interacting with clients over the phone, text messages, chats, and emails, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining a positive attitude, managing orders in Jira, independently solving technical problems, and monitoring and correcting problems which could lead to the failure of the program.
Viacheslav Prystavskyi has a comprehensive education history. Viacheslav obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity from Lviv Polytechnic National University between 2014 and 2018. Viacheslav then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from the same university, which they completed in 2020. In 2019-2020, they also completed a Graduate degree in Software Testing from SkillUp. Finally, they obtained a Graduate degree in English Language from GreenForest in 2021.
