Vince Menichelli

Vince has over 25 years of operating and investing experience in cloud-based software and services companies. Vince was a Managing Director at Actua (formerly ICG / Internet Capital Group) from 2000 through 2020 and oversaw Actua’s acquisitions of its portfolio companies, providing strategic, operational, and financial guidance to these companies. During the period 2017 through 2021, Vince participated in portfolio company monetization’s exceeding $1.5 billion. Previously he was a director, advisor or investor in several notable EdTech companies including Blackboard, Co-nect, and Parchment.

Prior to joining Actua, Vince spent nine years with Arthur Andersen LLP and Coopers & Lybrand LLP, most recently as a Senior Manager in the technology practice of Arthur Andersen LLP. In these roles, Vince provided management consulting services, including financial analysis, market research, merger and acquisition transaction support, due diligence, and business valuation services across a broad range of industries. He was also co-founder of Trestle Ventures, an early-stage venture fund. Vince earned his bachelor’s degree at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from Lehigh University.

Vince is an investor, director or advisor to several technology companies including Core Solutions, CrossBridge Health, Optionality, Formotiv and PodTV.
