Pauline Repp

Chairperson at SEMCOG

Pauline Repp began her career at the City of Port Huron in 1983 as Executive Secretary to the City Manager. She served as Clerk from 1989-2009, and has been Mayor of Port Huron since 2009. During this time, Port Huron has seen significant revitalization of its waterfront, including its Blue Water Convention Center that takes advantage of the blue economy. At SEMCOG, she is a member of the General Assembly, Executive Committee, and Huron-Erie Drinking Water Monitoring Network. She also served as Vice Chair of the Finance and Budget Committee and was Chair of the Transportation Coordinating Committee from 2017-2019. Repp was born in Kent County England, and grew up in both Canada and the United States. Prior to working for the city, she served as Assistant to the Publisher at the Port Huron Times Herald.
