Jina Kim

Jina Kim is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager at SEMES, with experience in international and executive recruitment since March 2019. Responsibilities include planning and executing global recruitment events, networking for top talent, managing contract employees, and overseeing online recruitment branding. Jina oversees the development of recruitment strategies for experienced hires and manages the hiring process for doctoral candidates and interns, while also supporting entry-level recruitment processes. Prior to SEMES, Jina worked as an IP Analyst at Kim & Chang from January 2014 to June 2017. Jina holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yonsei University, which was earned from 2009 to 2014.
