Marta Sanvisens

Marta Sanvisens currently serves as Responsable de desarrollo y formación at SEMIC since September 2023. Prior to this role, Marta worked at Institut Català de la Salut as part of the RRHH team from March to August 2023, and at Institut de Recerca Biomèdica de Lleida Fundació Dr. Pifarré - IRBLLEIDA as a Generalista de RR. HH. from September 2022 to February 2023. From October 2016 to February 2022, Marta was responsible for national personnel selection at ILERNA Formació, where responsibilities included team coordination and selection process management across Spain. Marta's experience also includes roles at Adecco España as Delegation Director, and earlier positions as a selection technician, HR manager at Ginesta, sl, and HR consultant at Randstad España, demonstrating extensive expertise in human resources management and personnel selection. Marta holds a CFGS in Secretariado de dirección from Escola Les Heures and a degree in Filología inglesa from Universitat de Lleida.
