Martin Lopatka

Martin Lopatka is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and HR consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Talent Management at Semikron Danfoss, Martin is involved in the global implementation of SuccessFactors and the establishment of a new organizational structure. Previous roles include Transition Project Coordinator at Marelli, where Martin facilitated communication between global project teams and external payroll providers, and HR SSC Senior Specialist, focusing on personal administration in Italy. Earlier career positions include HR SSC Back Office Analyst at Adient, supporting HR functions across Europe and APAC, and Lead Trainer for French at Harmony Academy, where Martin developed language curricula.
