Richelle McLean

Richelle McLean, MA, CPHR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Talent Management at the University of Alberta since June 2022, Richelle collaborates with HR partners to implement strategies for attracting and retaining top talent while enhancing organizational culture. Previous roles include Culture and Engagement Consultant and Team Lead in Diversity and Inclusion for the Government of Alberta, focusing on comprehensive engagement initiatives for the Alberta Public Service. Richelle has also held HR positions in organizations such as PCL Construction and Fairmont Hotel Macdonald, contributing to various employee programs and initiatives. Richelle holds a Master of Arts in Professional Communication from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources and Labour Relations from the University of Lethbridge.
