Matthias Engel

Matthias Engel has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director and Head of HR Competence Center Policies and Standards at SEMIKRON since October 2004. In addition to this role, Matthias Engel has held positions such as Senior HR Business Partner, providing consultation and support to employees and leadership on various HR topics, and HR Project Leader. Previous experience includes a role at Quelle from May 2002 to October 2004 in the Competence Center for Labor Law and Employment Policy. Matthias Engel holds a Diplom Jurist degree from Universität Rostock.
