Carla Cheatham

Carla Cheatham is the Lead Trainer and Principal at Carla Cheatham Consulting Group, LLC, specializing in training for professional caregivers on various topics including trauma-informed care and ethics. Carla is also an Affiliate Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland in the MS Palliative Care Program, as well as an Adjunct Professor at Seminary of the Southwest. Carla is an author and a member of the Board of Directors at Swan Songs, a non-profit organization that fulfills end of life musical wishes. Carla has a Ph.D. in Health and Kinesiology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Divinity from Southern Methodist University.
