Robert Kristiansen

Robert Kristiansen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 1997, they founded Web Byrået Turbin AS. From 1999 to 2001, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Nesthood, where they worked with major companies in the Nordic region and provided advice on web technologies. In 2001, they founded Digimaker and served as the CEO until 2006. Robert continued to be involved in the company until 2011. In 2010, they founded Advali, a company specializing in moderated software development services. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Director of Software Development Services at KONGSBERG. In 2012, they also worked as an Agile Coach at Baker Hughes, managing a team of over 100 developers and QA personnel. Since 2015, they have been the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Semine.ai, an automation software platform that reduces processing costs and improves accuracy.
