Elvis Santana, MPA, is a seasoned professional in project management and public administration, currently serving as Program Manager for Seminole County Government since November 2018. With prior experience as a Project Manager and Consultant during a freelance tenure from November 2016 to November 2018 and as Project Manager/HCD Coordinator for the City of Orlando from December 2008 to October 2016, Elvis has developed a robust skill set in managing complex projects. Elvis's military background includes a role as Special Programs and Projects Manager and Director of Equal Opportunity with the United States Air Force from August 2002 to September 2013. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Central Florida, complemented by a Certificate in Emergency Management and Homeland Security.
