John Taylor has over 30 years of experience in technology and operations management. Currently serving as the ITS Operations Division Manager for Seminole County BOCC since 1996, John began as a network administrator before transitioning to a network architect role within the Information Technology department. Prior roles include Operations Manager for the City of Altamonte Springs, SCADA Technician with the 919 Special Operations Comm Squadron, and Maintenance Supervisor for the 5th Combat Communications. John’s education includes a Master's degree in Computer Resource and Information Management from Webster University, a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Warner Southern College, and an Associate degree from Gulf Coast Community College.
