Julia Noran

Julia Noran is a GIS Analyst at Seminole County Government, with experience in the role since August 2014. Prior to this position, Julia worked as an Ecologist at AECOM from 2006 to 2013, where responsibilities included technical writing, conducting listed species surveys, GIS/map creation, and GPS data collection. Julia also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Central Florida from 2003 to 2006, delivering lectures, teaching lab techniques, and grading reports. Earlier experience includes a role as a Naturalist for the National Audubon Society from 2002 to 2003, leading swamp tours and conducting outreach programs. Julia holds a Master of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida and dual Bachelor's degrees in Biology and English from the University of Louisville.
