Moira (Lynn Dictor)

Moira Lynn Dictor serves as the Next Tax Collector of Seminole County since October 2019, bringing extensive experience from various roles in community and media. Moira has been a congregant at CRJ since 1983 and previously hosted a radio program at iHeart Radio from May 1983 to January 2019. Moira also contributed to the Congregation of Reform Judaism's Board of Trustees from May 2005 to May 2016, holding the position of President from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Moira was a candidate in the 2019 Democratic primaries. Education was completed at Syracuse University between 1977 and 1981.
