Gus Chinchay

Gus Chinchay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both education and sports management. Currently serving as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Seminole County Public Schools since August 2020, Gus also holds the positions of Technical Director and Director of Camps at Maitland Soccer Club, where involvement began in 2010 with coaching duties at the U-6 level. Additionally, Gus has been the Head Boys Varsity Soccer Coach at Winter Springs High School since August 2018. Prior experience includes serving as the ISS Coordinator at Trinity Christian Academy from September 2010 to May 2014, where responsibilities involved mentoring at-risk students. In the finance sector, Gus worked for notable firms such as Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Dean Witter Reynolds Inc., and Merrill Lynch in roles ranging from Institutional Sales Trader to Compliance.
