Maria Longa

Maria Longa is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in federal programs and grants management within various school districts in Florida. Since April 2022, Maria has served as the ECTAC Director for Seminole County Public Schools. Prior roles include Supervisor of Federal Programs at Hillsborough County Public Schools and Senior Director of Federal Programs at Polk County Public Schools. Maria's career began at the School Board Collier County as Director of Federal and State Grants, followed by a role as School Improvement Educational Consultant for the Florida Department of Education. Maria also honed project management skills at Emory University. Maria holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Florida, a Master's in Business Management with a focus on Organizational Development and Behavior from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tampa.
