Mark Mullins

Mark W. Mullins, Ed.D. currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Operations for Seminole County Public Schools since October 2023. Prior to this role, Mullins had an extensive career with Brevard Public Schools spanning over 28 years, where positions included Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent/Chief Operating Officer, Area Superintendent, Principal, Assistant Principal, Director of the Brevard Prevention Plus Grant Program, and Mathematics Teacher. In these roles, responsibilities ranged from overseeing operational services and managing significant budgets to leading strategic planning and educational initiatives for a diverse student population. Mullins holds a Doctor of Education and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from Florida State University.
