Mark Tabak

Mark Tabak is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in information technology management and support. Currently serving as the Information Technology Operations Manager at Seminole County Sheriff's Office since July 2020, Mark previously held the position of Manager Platform Services at the Texas Department of Public Safety from November 2014 to April 2020, where leadership of Systems Administrators and Engineers was pivotal for 24X7 support for state law enforcement and emergency management. Prior to this, Mark founded M IT Consulting in 2014, providing IT leadership and business consulting based on ITIL best practices. Mark's extensive experience includes roles as IT Director at Dow Jones, where responsibilities encompassed 24X7 support for diverse server environments, and as Systems Programmer at Sanford C. Bernstein, focusing on Unix and database administration. Mark holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Pace University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Rider University.
