David Ferrentino

David Ferrentino is currently serving as the General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources, Compliance, Safety and Internal Audit at Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc. Prior to this role, David worked at Allen Dell as an Attorney/Shareholder. David holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Florida, a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Whittier Law School, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Rochester.
