Mike Rogers

Mike Rogers is an experienced engineering and operations manager with a robust background in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Engineering & Design at Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc. since September 2022, Mike has held prominent roles including Director of Engineering at Vistra Energy, overseeing operations in New England, New York, and California. Previous positions include Director of Engineering Boiler/HRSG Systems at Dynegy, Regional Manager at Applus RTD, and various managerial roles at Quality Inspection Services, Inc., Riley Power, Inc., and Alstom Power, Inc. Mike's career began with engineering roles at B & A Marine, Inc. and Eastern Technical Enterprises. Mike holds a degree in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
