James McDaniel

James McDaniel serves as the Vice President of Player Development for Seminole Gaming, overseeing operations at Hard Rock Hollywood and Hard Rock Tampa since August 2020. Prior to this role, McDaniel was the Director of Player Development at Baha Mar from September 2017 to August 2020 and held the position of Regional Director at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from January 2011 to September 2017, where responsibilities included managing relationships with over 2,000 VIP clients and implementing strategic marketing initiatives across 30 resorts. McDaniel's earlier career featured roles in the financial sector, including Sales Manager Account Executive at Bear Financial, and Senior Mortgage Loan Officer positions at Evofi, Custom Home Loans, and Consumer Direct Lending, where expertise in loan management and client development was demonstrated. McDaniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
