Alejandro Pajon is an accomplished IT Operations Manager with a robust background in technology and customer support. Currently serving the Seminole Tribe of Florida since January 2020, Alejandro has previously held senior positions such as Senior IT Operations Manager at Pet Supermarket and Director of Helpdesk/Customer Support at Skypatrol LLC, where expertise in GPS tracking and fleet automation was demonstrated. Additional experience includes leading technical support as Sr. HelpDesk Technician/Team Lead at BenefitMall and functioning as a Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician at Broward County Property Appraisal. Alejandro holds an Associate's degree in Computer Management Information Systems from Broward College.
