Harvey Rambarath, PMP, AICP, is an experienced planning and development professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Planning and Development for the Seminole Tribe of Florida since March 2019. Previously, Rambarath held the position of Assistant Director of Engineering & Community Development at the City of Oakland Park from September 1999 to January 2017, overseeing multiple divisions including Engineering & Construction Management and Planning & Zoning. Rambarath's extensive background includes roles as Engineering & Construction Services Manager and Projects Manager, focusing on capital improvement projects and project management. Rambarath holds a Master of Public Administration degree and a Bachelor of Urban & Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University, along with several associate degrees in engineering and construction. Rambarath also possesses a Diploma in Education from Corinth Teachers College in Trinidad & Tobago.
