Megan Jacoby

Megan Jacoby serves as the Assistant Director of External Environmental Compliance for the Seminole Tribe of Florida since August 2025. Prior to this role, Megan held various positions at the South Florida Water Management District from January 1999 to October 2025, including Bureau Chief of Everglades and Estuaries Protection, Principal Federal Policy Analyst, and Lead Project Manager, overseeing crucial projects and liaising with top-level policymakers. Megan also contributed as a Senior Intergovernmental Representative, facilitating communication with regulatory entities, and as a facilitator for the Water Resources Advisory Commission. Earlier experience includes a role as Circulation Marketing Assistant at Palm Beach Media Group and Assistant Manager at Borders. Academic credentials include an MBA in Environmental Management from Florida Atlantic University and a BS in Biology, Chemistry, and English from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
