Maria Kofod Larsen

Maria Kofod Larsen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Maria currently holds the position of Executive Vice President - People, Communication & ESG at Semler Gruppen A/S, where they are responsible for People & Culture, Communication, ESG, and HQ Facility. Prior to this, they served as an Associated Partner & Executive Advisor at Core & Company, a boutique growth consultancy. Maria has also worked at DLG-koncernen, where they held various positions including Project Director - Change & Transformation, Executive Vice President, Organisation & Strategy, CHRO, and HR Development Manager. Maria has also been involved in board positions, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at SEGES Innovation and AP Pension. Maria has a background in strategy, business development, marketing, and CRM, and they have demonstrated a strong focus on organizational and business development throughout their career.

Maria Kofod Larsen has a diverse education history that spans several years and includes various programs and degrees. Maria attended Harvard Business School in 2015 for the General Management Program (GMP 19). In 2020 and 2021, they enrolled in the Executive Board Programme at CBS Executive Fonden. In 2000, they began their undergraduate studies at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Political Science in 2003. Maria then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Political Science from the same university, completing it in 2005.

Maria also engaged in additional professional development opportunities. In 2019, they participated in the Leading Successful Change program at INSEAD. In 2018, they completed the Executive Board Programme with a specialization in Pension & Insurance at CBS Executive Fonden. Furthermore, they obtained a Master level qualification in Political Science from the University of Oslo (UiO) in 2003.

In terms of certifications, Maria obtained the Saville Consulting 360° Evaluation from Saville Consulting in March 2023. Prior to that, they earned the Leading Successful Change Programme certification from INSEAD Executive Education in May 2019. In February 2018, they received the Saville Consulting Wave certification from Saville Consulting Danmark A/S.
