Dawn Kus

Dawn Kus has a strong background in human resources, with over 15 years of experience. Dawn worked as a Human Resources Director at Semmes, Bowen & Semmes from 2023 to the present. Prior to this, they held the same role at JC Law: The Law Office of James E. Crawford, Jr. & Associates, LLC from 2020 to 2023. Before that, they were a Human Resources Director at Protocall Communications Inc. for nearly two decades. Dawn has expertise in benefits administration, payroll and compensation, training and development, and employee relations. Dawn is dedicated to advocating for their employees and helping them succeed in their careers.

Dawn Kus pursued their education from 1990 to 1993 at Essex County College, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences, General. Dawn did not earn a degree during this period. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "Syntrio US Workplace Harassment and Discrimination General Non-Manager" certification from Syntrio in August 2023.
