Roger Smith-Bergsrud

Roger Smith-Bergsrud's work experience includes various financial roles in different companies. Roger currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at SEMO Milling, where they provide financial leadership for the company's day-to-day operations. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of FP&A and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Control Devices, assisting in financials, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Roger also served as the Manufacturing Accounting Manager at AERT, Inc., overseeing accounting for multiple manufacturing plants. Roger worked as the Plant Accounting Manager at George's, Inc., handling accounting for a poultry processing facility, and as the Cost Accounting Manager at Butterball, LLC, managing costing and production reports. Roger started their career as a Staff Accountant at Prime Inc., and held an internship as a Cost Accountant at Regal Beloit Corporation.

Roger Smith-Bergsrud obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Illinois from 2004 to 2009. Roger went on to earn a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from Missouri State University, attending from 2011 to 2013. Prior to their college education, they attended Lake Forest High School from 2000 to 2004.
