Julijana Kekenovska has a work history that includes positions at Semos Cloud, Seavus, and Sample Solutions. Their responsibilities include leading CS initiatives, serving as the primary contact for new customers onboarding, training platform end-users, and providing post-go-live support. Julijana also assists with pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities. As of now, they are still employed at Semos Cloud.

Julijana Kekenovska holds a Master's degree in Statistical Methods for Business and Economics from the Faculty of Economics at the University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius." Julijana completed their master's degree between 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution, completing their undergraduate studies between 2011 and 2015. In addition to their academic achievements, they have also pursued additional certifications including Business Analysis Training from Seavus Education and Development Center, as well as IELTS Academic from IELTS Official.
