Simon Wozniak has extensive experience in systems engineering and requirements management. Simon has worked for various companies, including SEMP Ltd, WSW Consulting Limited, GE Grid Solutions, IBM, Bentley Motors Ltd, Jaguar Land Rover, Lockheed Martin, and Ascent Flight Training.

At GE Grid Solutions, Simon was a Systems Engineer responsible for embedding systems engineering practices into HVDC business processes and systems engineering artifacts. Simon used tools such as DOORS Next Generation, DOORS Classic, and Enterprise Architect.

During their time at Bentley Motors Ltd, Simon supported the evolution of Systems Engineering by conducting workshops to train engineers in the use of SysML for Model-Based Systems Engineering. Simon also utilized Enterprise Architect to capture models.

At Jaguar Land Rover, Simon worked on updating Systems Engineering processes and replacing legacy tools with Rational Software products. Simon was responsible for customizing and supporting a large RMDV2 database and delivered significant financial benefits through rationalization and automation of functions.

Simon also worked as a DOORS Consultant at IBM, where they provided DOORS expertise and support to clients. At Lockheed Martin, they provided requirements management support for the Merlin Capability Sustainment program, and at Ascent Flight Training, they utilized DOORS and DXL expertise for the UK Military Flying Training System.

Simon Wozniak pursued a BSc(Hons) degree in Computer Science from the University of Leeds from 1999 to 2002. Following that, from 2006 to 2008, they attended the University of Bath, where they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Management.
