Mike Wargocki

Mike Wargocki is an experienced operations executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Sempera Organics Inc. since April 2024. Previously, Mike held several leadership positions at Sunbasket from April 2017 to April 2024, including Senior Vice President Operations, Vice President of Manufacturing, and General Manager for the West Coast. Prior to that, Mike worked at Del Monaco Foods as VP of Operations and spent a significant period at Penford Food Ingredients in various roles, such as Director of Operations and Quality Management Director. Mike's career began as a Research Chemist. Educationally, Mike holds a degree in Chemistry and Finance with a focus on Organic and Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 1999.
