James Doggett

James W. Doggett currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Semperis since March 2021. In addition, James holds multiple advisory and leadership roles at Panaseer, including Board Advisor, SVP, and Board Member, since October 2017. Previously, James was the Chief Technology Risk Officer at AIG from March 2015 to July 2017 and served as SVP, Chief Security Officer, and Chief Technology Risk Officer at Kaiser Permanente from March 2012 to March 2015. Before that, James worked as a Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase, overseeing global treasury and security services IT risk and resiliency from November 2010 to March 2012. James's career began at Ernst & Young, where James was a Partner from January 1981 to March 2009. Academically, James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned between 1976 and 1980.
