Sarah Sommer

Sarah Sommer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sarah is currently the Head of HR Germany at SEMPERIT AG, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to that, Sarah worked at Saint-Gobain Sekurit, where they served as an HR project manager and personnel officer at the plant in Stolberg. Sarah also held the role of personnel officer at Saint-Gobain Research Germany. Before their time at Saint-Gobain Sekurit, Sarah worked as a personnel officer at FERCHAU Engineering and as an officer in personnel and organization at Trianel GmbH. Sarah began their career as a student helper in HR and recruiting at P3 Group and api Computerhandels GmbH. Sarah also completed an apprenticeship in software development at Generali Deutschland Informatik Services GmbH.

Sarah Sommer's education history is as follows:

Sarah Sommer attended RWTH Aachen University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and political science. Sarah then pursued further education at the same university from 2009 to 2011, completing a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sociology and political science.

In 2011, Sarah Sommer also obtained an IHK Zertifikat from IHK Aachen in the field of "Ausbildung der Ausbilder" (Training of the vocational trainers) (IHK).

Continuing their professional development, Sarah Sommer acquired an IHK Zertifikat in 2014 from IHK Darmstadt for "Train the Trainer" (Training of the professional trainers) (IHK).

In 2015 to 2016, Sarah Sommer attended the Institut für Angewandte Psychologie, where they earned an IfAP-Zertifikat in "Systemischer Coach" (Systemic Coach).

In the same year, Sarah Sommer also obtained an IHK Zertifikat in Change Management from IHK Darmstadt.

Currently, Sarah Sommer is pursuing additional certifications from IHK Projektgesellschaft-mbh Ostbrandenburg. Sarah completed a Fachkraft für Stressmanagement (Expert for stress management) (IHK) in 2021, and is currently studying for a Fachkraft für agiles Projektmanagement (Expert for agile project management) (IHK) until 2021. Sarah is expected to complete a Fachkraft für agile Führung (Expert for agile leadership) (IHK) degree in 2022.

Additionally, Sarah Sommer gained professional experience as a Fachinformatikerin AWE (IT specialist in application development) from 2000 to 2003 at Generali Deutschland Informatik Services GmbH.
