Jolen Anderson

Jolen Anderson is the Chief People Officer at BNY Mellon and an Executive Advisory Board Member at SemperVirens Venture Capital. Prior to these roles, Jolen served as SVP, HR and Chief Diversity Officer at Visa. With a background in law, Jolen has experience as an Associate General Counsel at Visa and as an attorney at Lord Bissell and Brook. Jolen holds a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a BS in Social Policy/Political Science from Northwestern University.
