Gary Rafelson

Gary Rafelson is an experienced architecture manager currently at Sempra Energy since January 2009. Previously, Gary held the position of architecture director at The Capital Group Companies and Capital Group from 2001 to 2009. Gary's earlier experience includes serving as general manager of infrastructure at Southern California Edison and as a programmer analyst at Arco. Gary holds a Master's degree in Business Management from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
