Selby Bush Lilley

Selby Bush Lilley currently serves as the Regional Vice President of External Affairs and Communications at Sempra Infrastructure, a position held since February 2023. Lilley has extensive experience in corporate affairs, previously working as the Head of Corporate Affairs for North America and the Caribbean at Woodside Energy, as well as multiple roles at BHP, including Head of Corporate Affairs for Petroleum and Manager of Government Relations for Petroleum and Legacy Assets. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Government Affairs Representative at Williams and Communications Director for the Republican Party of Arkansas during the 2008 campaign. Additionally, Lilley was a Field Representative for U.S. Senator Tom Coburn in the United States Senate. In academia, Lilley has contributed as an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University's Graduate School of Political Management since January 2014. Lilley holds a Master's Degree from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts from Cameron University, majoring in Communications and minoring in Chemistry.
