Liv Pickett

Olivia Pickett is a seasoned professional in patient success and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Patient Success at Sempre Health since June 2021. Throughout their career, Olivia has held various roles at Sempre Health, including Manager, Patient Success, and Patient Operations Team Lead. Prior experience includes positions as Clinical Research Coordinator and Research Assistant Co-Op at Massachusetts General Hospital, as well as Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University. Olivia has also contributed as a Mentor and Pediatric Wellness Program Intern at South End Community Health Center, and worked as a Medical Assistant Co-Op at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Early in their career, Olivia was a Youth Lacrosse Coach for Shenendehowa Central School District. Olivia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Northeastern University and holds an EMT Certification from Hudson Valley Community College.
